It was a cool reveal and It got me excited but it felt way too fast especially with it being a dramatic-ish scene without any voice lines it felt a bit hollow due to the situation that was happening. It had felt a bit disappointing as it felt disconnected, we had characters suddenly show up that Id never seen before except for one scene that was overly abrupt and chaotic/rushed (just like my comment lol).
Me and my friend were just exploring all marked locations and accidently started one of the endings.
The game honestly can be completed in 15 minutes. not much info on about anything else.just a weird cinematic when you meet the guy with the shotgun " GET DOWN SON" thats the first and last time we saw that guy.then we get mistery appearances from the last guy on the laptop and when you get to the actual cube you see an alien civilization :))) FUNNY AS ♥♥♥♥ ! what are aliens supposed to do with cannibals ? thats stupid ! And it hints towards more than one artefact as they are labeled on numbers ,1,2,3. *******STORY is basicaly non existent ,just a piece of paper here and there,a few clues about a CUBE ARTEFACT. OR IS THERE ANY REASON TO BUILD ANYTHING BESIDES A SAVE SPOT FROM TIME TO TIME ? :)))))) you get so many items that you don't need camps,traps,drying racks.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ******CAVE STRUCTURES : caves in this game are just tonned down and very small,just keep going FORWARD and you will find the exit.while THE FOREST had all this 100x times better.īUILDING OPTIONS : you can barely build anything in this game. the cannibals look like crap,worse than in FOREST 1, ******THE GRAPHICS: are sometimes amazing ,athmosphericaly speaking. that is so downgraded that you don't have the features the first game had. Missing lots of sounds and the quick bind keys for weapons and all you can use. somehow it worked afterwards without any issue. almost losing all your progress because of a bug would be crazy f up ! but luckily i put FOV 95 and restarted the game. ******OPTIMIZATION is one of the worsts optimizations out there up until now ,even PUBG when it came out EA had better optimization ! LET THAT SINK IN.At one point when we finished the game and chose to stay.we reloaded the save and i kept glitching under the map from the TARP we had set up before the HAND DOOR. įIRSTLY I HAD ISSUES BUYING THE GAME AND HAD TO MAKE AN NEW ACCOUNT TO GIFT IT TO MYSELF AS I GOT BANNED FOR TRYING TO PURCHASE THE GAME TOO MANY TIMES ! when reaching the "DEMONS" it started becoming funny to the point it got bad.I don't even know where to start.MISSING SOUNDS,MISSING FEELING ANY IMPACT TO THE CROSS ,made it funny as ♥♥♥♥. I don't recommend sons of forest after playing it 25.5 hours having played with a friend searching every INCH of the map.
